Support the Compression EPC Contractor in safely delivering CP topsides coating and insulation works in line with NFPS project objectives, ensuring HSE compliance, quality, constructability, and efficient execution while maintaining strong coordination and alignment across company and contractor teams.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements during fabrication activities
• Manage execution of coating and insulation works to meet safety, quality, and schedule objectives
• Provide specialist oversight to ensure contractor/subcontractor compliance with contracts and international standards
• Verify constructability and technical compliance of engineering deliverables
• Review and align deviations with company standards to ensure consistent documentation and deliverables
• Identify progress or quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Review contractor reports, highlighting risks, delays, and inefficiencies
• Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors to ensure progress tracking and reporting
• Participate in risk assessments, pre-job, and technical meetings as required
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in large Oil & Gas construction projects (fabrication, installation, execution, completion, hook-up)
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated expertise in coating and insulation
• Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project execution, field management, and fabrication techniques (welding, lifting, testing, completions)
• Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or heavy construction companies
• Familiarity with design codes, standards, specifications, and safety requirements
• Understanding of offshore/onshore facilities and yard operations
• Knowledge of execution risks in sour gas and LNG facilities
• Experience in large-scale operating organizations (Operations, Projects, Subsurface)
