Ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient project controls by standardizing planning, cost, schedule, change, and risk management to support informed decisions and successful delivery.

• Direct all project controls: reporting, cost/schedule, change, risk, and issues.

• Coordinate controls across engineering, construction, HSEQ, planning, and cost teams.

• Ensure contractors implement compliant project controls and change management.

• Oversee gate deliverables and maintain the Project Control Plan.

• Track, analyze, and report progress, trends, and forecast issues.

• Manage approved changes, reflecting schedule and cost impacts.

• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure effective planning/cost systems.

• Serve as liaison between Business Manager and contractors on controls and reporting.

• Bachelor’s in Science or Engineering.

• 10+ years in Oil & Gas projects across management, engineering, construction, procurement; 2+ years in supervisory/oversight role

• Experienced in project controls: cost, schedule, change, and risk management.

• 3+ years in leadership roles, working with FEED/EPC contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong knowledge of project controls systems, processes, and reporting.

• Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

• Proficient in project controls software and standard reporting tools.
