Job Description
Act as the Company site representative and lead offshore brownfields, shutdown, and hook-up activities, ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives. Coordinate closely with OESS, Operations, and contractors to drive efficient brownfields and hook-up execution and commissioning, delivering operational excellence throughout the offshore phase.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce full compliance with safety and quality requirements during offshore work.

  • Lead brownfield, shutdown, and hook-up execution and commissioning to meet safety, quality, integrity, and schedule goals.

  • Supervise contractor activities for execution, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

  • Verify constructability and technical compliance of all deliverables.

  • Track contractor progress and identify issues or deviations.

  • Coordinate with contractors on all completion and commissioning activities and reporting.

  • Lead PTW meetings with OESS and ensure strict adherence to approved methods and JSAs.

  • Ensure marine units comply with marine rules and conduct safety tours.

  • Promote offshore safety culture and close all assigned safety actions.

  • Contribute to REX and lessons-learned processes.


Qualifications:
  • High school graduate (12 years).

  • 8 years in oil & gas construction projects, including brownfield, shutdown, and hook-up.

  • 1 year as offshore Company Site Representative Lead overseeing contractors/vendors.


Skills and Competencies
  • Experience with oil & gas and offshore construction companies.

  • Knowledge of design standards, safety criteria, and execution for fabrication, installation, brownfield, commissioning, and hook-up.

  • Familiarity with offshore facilities, operations, and sour gas/LNG project risks.

  • Experience in large-scale operations, projects, or subsurface organizations.
