The Reporting Specialist, part of the Business team under the Reporting Lead, consolidates, analyzes, and presents project data for accurate and timely reporting. The role involves coordinating with teams to track progress, monitor key performance indicators, ensure data consistency, and deliver insights through dashboards and structured summaries.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares and highlights weekly, monthly, and periodic reports for Senior Management and Shareholders.

• Converts technical project data into clear business reports and presentations.

• Tailors reports for different audiences and ensures accurate contractor progress input.

• Flags issues, supports data verification, and captures updates or changes.

• Develops and maintains interactive dashboards for clear project insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, law, or related fields.

• 8+ years in business roles

• 4+ years in Oil & Gas.

• Offshore project experience across all phases: engineering, procurement, construction, and installation.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent English and business writing skills.

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, advanced PowerPoint, and Power BI.
