Lead the Electrical Maintenance team to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities efficiently, safely, and in compliance with HSE requirements to meet plant targets.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise complex testing, repair, calibration, and start-up of electrical systems.

• Obtain and manage Electrical Permits to Work (PTW) before maintenance activities.

• Plan work processes, prepare schedules, procedures, material lists, and cost estimates for safe execution.

• Requisition spare parts, tools, and consumables as needed.

• Review technical reports and documents prepared by technicians.

• Coordinate with other section supervisors for integrated maintenance activities.

• Analyze equipment failures and recommend maintenance strategies with engineers and vendors.

• Maintain CMMS records, update job histories, and assist in resource estimation for planned jobs.

• Prepare maintenance work reports.

Qualifications:

• Secondary education (11–12 yrs) plus a 2-year Electrical trade diploma.

Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 15 years in Electrical Maintenance

• 5 years as Electrical Supervisor in gas or petrochemical plants.
