Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, reports, and documents in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and documentation systems.
Assist in preparation of bids, cost estimates, and contract correspondence; ensure contract terms are applied correctly.
Support SAP data entry and updates for work/service orders, purchase orders, and contracts.
Ensure confidentiality and accurate record-keeping; coordinate with cost engineers/analysts as needed.
Comply with QHSE policies and report incidents or near misses.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Secondary education or at least 2 years toward a bachelor’s degree; relevant experience may substitute.
3–5 years’ experience in administrative/support roles, preferably in oil & gas or large organizations.
