Job Description
Provide administrative and coordination support to the assigned Supervisor/Manager, ensuring efficient handling of correspondence, contracts, reports, and departmental documentation.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, reports, and documents in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and documentation systems.

  • Assist in preparation of bids, cost estimates, and contract correspondence; ensure contract terms are applied correctly.

  • Support SAP data entry and updates for work/service orders, purchase orders, and contracts.

  • Ensure confidentiality and accurate record-keeping; coordinate with cost engineers/analysts as needed.

  • Comply with QHSE policies and report incidents or near misses.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Secondary education or at least 2 years toward a bachelor’s degree; relevant experience may substitute.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in administrative/support roles, preferably in oil & gas or large organizations.


Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
