Coordinate planning and execution of maintenance, inspections, unit shutdowns, and major turnarounds at the plant. Ensure efficient resource allocation, compliance with procedures, and timely completion of all maintenance programs.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review daily, monthly, and preventive maintenance schedules; ensure SAP updates.

• Liaise with engineers and superintendents to coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and services.

• Assist in budget preparation, monitor cost variances, and recommend improvements.

• Monitor preventive/corrective maintenance execution and major shutdown/turnaround activities.

• Review engineering/plant modification plans; provide technical guidance during execution.

• Ensure consistent work methods, CMMS updates, and compliance with HSE standards.

• Prepare reports: work order backlog, progress, statistics, and budget variance.

• Support minor project planning and contractor evaluation as needed.

• Track KPIs and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 7 years in maintenance planning (Oil & Gas/petrochemical)

• Incl 3 years in managerial roles.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical, judgment, and communication skills.

• Proficient with CMMS and MS Project.
