Plans and schedules maintenance work orders, coordinating manpower, materials, and resources for routine maintenance, inspections, and shutdown/turnaround activities at the plant. Ensures timely execution, compliance with procedures, and accurate reporting in SAP and MS Project.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules; update SAP and MS Project.

• Liaise with supervisors and engineers to determine resource requirements and priorities.

• Estimate and plan materials and resources for maintenance and shutdowns.

• Conduct field verification and monitor shutdown activities for proper planning and execution.

• Prepare progress, cost, and backlog reports; propose improvements.

• Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, CMMS updates, and HSE policies.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma (3 yrs) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 7 years in maintenance planning in Oil & Gas/petrochemical plants.

• At least 3 years as a Maintenance Planner with hands-on CMMS experience (≥2 years).

Skills and Competencies

• Good oral and written English communication skills.
