Coordinates and supervises mechanical maintenance of rotating, stationary, and mechanical equipment for assigned offshore and offsite facilities at the plant, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance with QHSE standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical maintenance activities and resources.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs; liaise with Operations, Technical Services, and Maintenance Planning.

• Review mechanical engineering plans, provide technical guidance, and prepare maintenance checklists and performance reports.

• Lead HSE initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and ensure safe systems of work.

• Monitor contractor performance, recommend specialized work, and support procurement of equipment, tools, and spares.

• Investigate equipment complaints, recommend improvements, and optimize maintenance programs.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 10 years in mechanical engineering and maintenance in Oil & Gas.

• At least 5 years supervising installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating and stationary equipment in onshore facilities.
