Performs installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of rotating mechanical equipment at the plant, ensuring operational reliability, efficiency, and compliance with QHSE standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, repair, disassemble, and overhaul rotating machines

• Including compressors, pumps, turbines, diesel engines, fans, and mechanical seals.

• Conduct preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance; perform alignment (reverse and laser) and technical testing.

• Maintain maintenance logs, record equipment conditions, and update SAP.

• Follow HSE policies, report incidents, and participate in safety programs.

• Assist in on-the-job training and mentoring of assigned personnel.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Secondary education (11–12 years) plus two-year diploma in Mechanical trade.

Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical maintenance

• 3 years as a technician on rotating equipment in oil & gas or petrochemical plants.
