Performs installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of mechanical stationary equipment at the plant, ensuring safe and reliable operations in compliance with QHSE standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, repair, and overhaul mechanical equipment, including vessels, columns, boilers, exchangers, heaters, tanks, pipelines, and valves.
• Conduct preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance; perform alignment and functional testing.
• Maintain maintenance logs, record equipment conditions, and update reports.
• Comply with HSE policies, report incidents, and participate in safety programs.
• Assist in training and mentoring assigned personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Secondary education (11–12 years) plus two-year diploma in Mechanical trade.

Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical maintenance
• 3 years as a technician in oil & gas or petrochemical plants.
