Supervises installation, maintenance, testing, and engineering of instrumentation, control, and automation systems at the plant, ensuring reliable operations and QHSE compliance.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, allocate, and supervise daily maintenance and engineering work for I&C systems.

• Support and guide technicians; monitor progress and update SAP/CMMS with work details.

• Inspect completed work to ensure QA/QC compliance and system functionality.

• Manage stock levels, tool store operations, and spare parts availability.

• Troubleshoot DCS, PLCs, HMIs, and field instruments (valves, flow, level, pressure).

• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with QHSE standards.

• Lead HSE initiatives, audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills.

• Train and mentor assigned personnel; monitor performance and development.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Secondary education (11–12 years) plus three-year diploma in Instrumentation & Control or Electronics.

Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 10 years in I&C maintenance in oil & gas
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
