Manages field HSE activities for onshore and offshore contract personnel, ensuring safe work practices, compliance with QHSE policies, and effective emergency preparedness.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all field HSE activities and contractor compliance.

• Monitor PTW, SIMOPS, and safe work systems; coach personnel on QHSE procedures.

• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

• Support emergency response, TRA preparation, and environmental programs.

• Maintain HSE records, logs, and reporting systems.

• Recommend improvements to safety equipment, procedures, and practices.

• Lead HSE campaigns, toolbox meetings, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Professional certification in Safety, QHSE, or related field.

Skills and Competencies

• 7+ years in HSE/safety management in oil & gas (onshore/offshore), with 2+ years in a senior role.

• Experience in safety auditing, HAZOP, and HAZAN.
