Responsible for representing the COMPANY in offshore Brownfield, Shutdown, and Hook-up activities for piping and structures, ensuring safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives while coordinating with OESS, Operations, and contractors to drive efficient execution, commissioning, and operational excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance during offshore execution.
• Coordinate Offshore Brownfield, Shutdown, Hook-up, and commissioning to meet project objectives.
• Supervise Contractor/Subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with contracts and standards.
• Verify constructability and technical compliance of engineering and contractor deliverables.
• Monitor progress, highlight critical issues, and report discipline-related concerns.
• Oversee PTW meetings, ensuring adherence to approved Method Statements and JSAs.
• Promote safety culture offshore and on Marine Units, closing all safety actions.
• Participate in REX and Lessons Learned initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High National Diploma required
• 8+ years in Oil & Gas construction, installation, hook-up, and commissioning.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with operators, contractors, or offshore execution companies.
• Knowledge of design standards, codes, and safety for Brownfield and offshore projects.
• Familiarity with offshore facilities, structures, and LNG/sour gas execution risks.
• Experience in large-scale operations, projects, and subsurface environments.
