Lead the contract subteam managing a multi-billion EPCC contract, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery, while collaborating with SUPPLY to develop a Major Projects Contract Center of Expertise, strengthen the Supply/Contract/Procurement skill pool, and support digital transformation initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead EPCC contract management from award to closeout, including change orders and Value Protection.

• Advise on claims prevention and resolution with SUPPLY.

• Coordinate with Management, Legal, and Risk on contract issues.

• Develop post-award strategies and oversee evaluations and closeouts.

• Ensure alignment on contractual responses to EPC Contractors.

• Support claims management and actionable analyses.

• Drive short- and medium-term improvements aligned with digital strategy.

• Collaborate with SUPPLY to recruit, retain, and develop top talent, including nurturing high-potential Qatari professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in multi-billion lump-sum major energy projects (post-award) in a similar role.

• Experienced Project, Construction, or Project Control Managers are also encouraged to apply.
