The role leads integrated strategic communication for onshore and offshore projects, overseeing governance and approval of all external media to meet corporate standards. It requires advanced AI-driven video production, professional on-site filming across RLIC and offshore facilities, and strong English storytelling to enhance visibility, safety messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onshore and offshore communication activities, including interviews, visuals, updates, and SHES and welfare messaging.

• Oversee governance and approval of all external communication materials in line with corporate standards.

• Deliver visual coverage across Ras Laffan Industrial City, fabrication yards, Doha offices, industrial sites, and offshore locations with full safety and access compliance.

• Produce AI-enhanced media content, including videos, animations, and optimized digital assets.

• Manage multimedia content for communications, presentations, campaigns, digital platforms, and SharePoint.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate operational and safety representation.

• Translate technical and offshore processes into clear visual and written content.

• Maintain consistency of messaging and visual identity across all channels.

• Prepare communication reports, media summaries, visual records, and SharePoint dashboards.

• Support executives and project teams with communication planning and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media Communications, English Literature, or Business Administration.

• 8 years’ experience in Public Relations, including at least 5 years in Media.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent spoken and written English skills

• Experienced in AI-driven video production

• Professional on-site filming experience (onshore and offshore)

• Proven experience writing articles and publications in English

• Skilled in visual storytelling
