Monitor and expedite all Contractor procurement activities for the NFPS Compression projects including the LLI. Works to assure a Procurement & Materials program that meets the needs of the project, is cost-effective, expedient, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure PMT alignment and compliance with procurement processes.

• Support Procurement Lead in developing procurement procedures, tools, and templates.

• Oversee Contractor purchasing plans and execution.

• Coordinate approvals for deviations to plans, policies, or procedures.

• Report procurement progress, issues, and mitigation actions.

• Support expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Coordinate with Spare Parts Coordinator to meet RSPL spares objectives.

• Assist in vendor evaluation and critical document reviews.

• Perform tasks assigned by the Procurement Lead.

• Manage interfaces with COMP teams (planning, cost, contracts, business).

Qualifications:

• Honors Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related commercial/technical field.

• 8 years oil & gas operations experience.

• 5 years procurement specialist experience on major projects.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical, reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to monitor and track EPC Contractor purchasing activities.

• Self-starter, effective in lean organizations.

• Proficient in MS Office, business software, networking, and SAP.
