Responsible for coordinating all PTW activities during HUC for the NFPS Compression project, including brownfield tie-ins, isolations, TRAs, HAZIDs, and SIMOPS.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Focal point for all PTWs during HUC; aligns with project schedule.
• Ensures PTW compliance with HSE and company procedures.
• Reviews and audits permits, isolations, CSE, and gas tests.
• Coordinates PTW/SIMOPS meetings to avoid clashes.
• Ensures timely PTW issuance, closure, and reporting.
• Liaises with contractors and captures lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as PTW Coordinator, including 5 years in oil & gas/petrochemical/yard environments.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong experience in onshore/offshore EPC (greenfield & brownfield) projects.
• Expert in PTW, isolations, CSE, gas testing, commissioning, PSSR & SIMOPS.
• Good knowledge of site safety, testing, ICSS, and electrical/power systems.
• Experienced in project execution, systemization & hook-up activities.
• International EPC exposure (FEED & execution); Asia/China yard preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving & decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication; Chinese is a plus.
• Demonstrates leadership, integrity & teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office; flexible to travel and mentor staff.
