Coordinate all Permit to Work (PTW) activities to ensure the safe, timely, efficient preparation and execution of all related work within the Asset in accordance with the relevant company and Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main PTW focal point, coordinating all PTW/ePTW activities and support.

• Review permits with performing parties, ensuring risk assessments, hazard identification, and conflict resolution.

• Lead daily PTW meetings, update work lists, and maintain PTW registers and performance data.

• Brief Area Shift Supervisors on upcoming permits for authorization.

• Conduct spot checks and routine PTW audits to ensure compliance.

• Track overdue/expired permits and maintain all PTW documentation.

• Recommend improvements to enhance PTW safety and efficiency.

• Prepare PTW reports, statistics, and non-compliance summaries.

• Participate in PTW-related audits and incident investigations.

Qualifications:

• HND in Engineering.

• 8 years of relevant Oil & Gas operations experience.

• Technical experience in the designated process area, including PTW system knowledge.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

• Experience working in a multinational environment.
