Lead by example in SHES performance and actively participate in site safety activities.
Ensure machinery engineering complies with regulations, standards, and project requirements.
Resolve machinery discipline issues promptly to meet project objectives.
Apply approved machinery design recommendations to enhance integrity, efficiency, and safety.
Oversee contractor machinery design/execution, ensuring adequate resources, competency, and proper tools.
Coordinate discipline issues, support FEED, commissioning, and provide cross-discipline input.
Track and report lessons learned.
Monitor contractor progress and performance.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering degree.
10 years engineering experience, including 6 in Oil & Gas and 2 in supervisory roles.
Experienced with operators, EPCs, subcontractors, vendors, and service companies.
Strong in full project execution and technical issue resolution.
Knowledgeable in planning, scheduling, cost, risk/change management, commissioning, and handover.
Solid understanding of engineering standards and execution methods.
Skilled in risk-based decisions and contract management.
Experience with high-pressure pumping systems and DA2 pulsation analysis.
Background in rotating equipment with a vendor/manufacturer.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and planning skills.
Effective communicator with ability to interface at all levels.
Skilled in mediation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and influencing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of machinery codes, standards, and industry practices.
Experience in Pulsation Studies and Approach II method.
