Job Description
Leads the process engineering discipline activities for the assigned project (greenfield and brownfield scope). Provides Process Engineering direction, guidance and leadership to NFPS Compression project EPC(s) PMT and CONTRACTOR(s) for fieldwork within the assigned area.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise Head of Process and support NFPS Compression EPC projects.

  • Monitor contractor Process Engineering deliverables with PMT.

  • Lead Process team; review and approve EPC engineering outputs.

  • Perform studies, simulations, calculations, and develop Basis of Design.

  • Plan and schedule deliverables; ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Liaise with Engineering Teams; align on project requirements.

  • Lead/participate in design workshops; ensure recommendations are implemented.

  • Coordinate with SMEs; manage technical deviations.

  • Support multidisciplinary collaboration.

  • Capture and apply lessons learned from previous projects.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Chemical or Process Engineering.

  • Minimum 8 years oil & gas process engineering experience.

  • Strong knowledge of offshore project engineering, design standards, codes, and safety criteria.

  • Experience with Tier-1 EPC contractors on large offshore platforms (greenfield & brownfield).

  • Continuously develops technical expertise in Facilities engineering.

  • Collaborative team player with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Skilled in analyzing complex issues and providing recommendations.

  • Maintains credibility with peers, subordinates, and supervisors.

  • Responsible and self-motivated; works independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Willing to travel as required.
