Manage and advise on costs, financial risks, and procedures for the CO2 Sequestration Project.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost management for Major Projects: estimating, forecasting, reporting, allocation, and benchmarking.

• Review and validate project and contractor cost data, assumptions, and estimates.

• Identify and implement process improvements; maintain cost databases and benchmarking data.

• Support corporate governance activities (Gate reviews, IPR, CER, CRR) as Cost SME.

• Advise PMTs on cost-related decisions, change orders, funding, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, or Statistics
• 8 years in business-related roles, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry and 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role
• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or service providers

Skills and Competencies

• Expertise in project business functions: planning, scheduling, cost control, estimating, claims, risk & change management, procurement, contract management, reporting, and lessons learned.

• Familiarity with international standards, best practices, and methodologies.

• SME-level competence in specific business discipline and processes.

• Experienced in risk-based decision making.

• Proficient in software tools: dashboards, data analytics, SAP, etc.

• Experience supporting large-scale integrated operations and project organizations.
