•  Implemented the project quality management program and ensured effective contractor QMS execution during compression topsides fabrication for the  Project.
• Supervised quality activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with Yard Fabrication teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Coordinate with inspectors to identify, communicate, and close quality issues.
• Implement for EPC contractor assessment and verification.
• Report quality performance and drive closure of lessons learned.
• Participate in safety programs, including site walks and observation cards.
• Communicate and report EPC, subcontractor, and vendor quality performance to Quality leadership.
• Manage non-conformances and technical deviations with Quality and Site Engineering teams.
• Capture lessons learned and recommend process and quality improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering
• Additional quality, welding or NDE inspection related qualifications
• 8 years’ Oil & Gas Quality experience with supervisory and vendor oversight exposure.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience in Oil & Gas operations, projects, and with contractors/service companies
• Knowledge of quality systems, industry standards, and specifications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Skilled in developing and implementing Oil & Gas Quality Management Systems
• Confident in collaborating with project teams and contractors
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities
