Responsible for implementing the project’s quality management program and ensuring effective application of the contractor’s quality system during jacket fabrication for the NFPS Comp4 Project at the EPC fabrication yard. Also accountable for supervising all quality-related activities throughout execution to support overall project objectives.

• Maintain coordination with the yard fabrication team to resolve quality issues promptly.

• Work with inspectors to identify, communicate, and rectify quality issues.

• Assess and verify EPC contractor activities according to the quality management system.

• Provide feedback on quality issues, lessons learned, and overall performance.

• Participate in safety programs, including site safety walks and observation reporting.

• Communicate and report EPC contractor, sub-contractor, and vendor quality performance to management.

• Perform other quality-related tasks as directed by the Head of Quality.

• Manage non-conformances and technical deviations with the Head of Quality and site engineering.

• Capture lessons learned to improve processes and specifications.

• Identify progress or quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.

• Additional qualifications in quality, welding, or NDE inspection.

• 8 years’ quality experience in Oil & Gas, including 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.

• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, or service providers.

• Experience in large-scale operations and project environments.

• Knowledge of quality systems, specifications, and tools.

• Familiarity with industry standards.
