Interface with Yard Fabrication team to resolve quality issues promptly.
Coordinate with inspectors to identify and address quality concerns.
Implement the company Quality Management System for EPC verification.
Provide quality feedback, support lessons learned, and report performance.
Participate in safety walks and submit observation cards.
Coordinate closely with the Head of Quality on contractor and vendor performance.
Execute additional quality tasks as assigned.
Manage non-conformances and technical deviations with engineering.
Capture lessons learned to improve processes and specifications.
Identify quality or progress issues and recommend corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
Additional qualifications in quality, welding, or NDE inspection.
8+ years’ Oil & Gas quality experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.
Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or service companies.
Background in large-scale operating organizations and projects.
Knowledge of quality systems, specifications, and tools.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to develop and implement Quality Management Systems for the Oil & Gas industry.
Confident interaction with project teams and contractors.
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
