Coordinate offshore Brownfield, Shutdown, and Hook-up telecom discipline, representing the COMPANY to ensure compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives, while liaising with OESS, Operations, and Contractors to drive efficient execution, commissioning, and operational excellence during the offshore phase.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety, quality, and integrity during offshore execution.
• Coordinate Brownfield and Hook-up activities, including commissioning.
• Supervise Contractor/Subcontractor work to meet standards and project requirements.
• Review constructability and technical compliance of deliverables.
• Monitor progress reports and address critical issues.
• Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors on Mechanical Completion and Commissioning.
• Oversee PTW compliance with approved methods and JSAs.
• Report discipline-related concerns to management.
• Promote safety culture and close safety actions.
• Contribute to REX and Lessons Learned initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High National Diploma
• 8+ years’ experience in large Oil & Gas projects, covering construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, and hook-up activities.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with Oil & Gas and offshore construction projects.
• Knowledge of design standards, safety, and Brownfield/hook-up execution.
• Familiarity with offshore facilities, LNG/sour gas risks, and large-scale operations.
