Lead and deliver all construction and fabrication activities, ensuring safe, constructible execution aligned with approved scope, schedule, and industry best practice through to NFPS Compression Platform sailaway.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver NFPS Compression Project scope safely within approved schedule and budget, aligned with PMT plans.
Lead site safety performance, ensuring full SHE compliance and strong safety culture.
Manage fabrication team performance and contractor compliance with company standards.
Control execution schedule, milestones, changes, recovery plans, and progress reporting.
Maintain effective stakeholder and contractor interfaces to ensure aligned execution.
Implement MOC, capture lessons learned, support audits, and monitor fabrication progress with timely mitigation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
Minimum 12 years’ construction-related experience on large Oil & Gas projects
At least 3 years in a management role with EPC execution responsibility.
Skills and Competencies
Experience with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, service providers, or heavy construction companies.
Strong knowledge of design standards, codes, specifications, and construction safety for major fabrication.
Experience with offshore, onshore, or yard fabrication operations.
In-depth understanding of execution methods and risks for sour gas and LNG facilities.
Proven delivery of large projects and effective management of EPC contractors and subcontractors.
Demonstrated excellence in construction safety performance.
