Job Description
Leads process design and equipment definition for NFPS Compression, ensuring FEED compliance, brownfield tie-ins, and full life-cycle optimization; guides EPC contractors and PMT, collaborates with stakeholders, and supports EPC tender evaluation.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads and supervises the Process team, providing engineering and flow assurance expertise.
  • Oversees EPC contractors from contract award to PAC, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Plans and schedules Process engineering tasks for efficient project execution.
  • Reviews and approves contractor outputs, including studies, simulations, and designs.
  • Leads workshops (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA) and ensures recommendations are implemented.
  • Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, instrumentation, etc.).
  • Contributes to EPC tender package development and technical evaluation.
  • Captures and applies lessons learned from previous projects for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 10 years engineering experience, including 6 years offshore Oil & Gas and 2 years in a similar role.

Skills and Competencies
  • International project experience with Tier-1 EPCs or clients on large offshore platforms, pipelines, and onshore projects.
  • Knowledge of large-scale project execution (capex > US$1Bn).
  • Excellent English communication, organizational, planning, coordination, and interface skills.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and time management abilities; works independently and takes responsibility for deliverables.
