Responsible for Field Operation of assigned facilities/units by monitoring performance and condition of equipment and maintaining the processes within operable limits as defined in standard procedures and instructions to achieve safe and reliable plant operation.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain competency in operational procedures through training and job rotation.

• Operate field equipment safely and ensure optimal process performance.

• Monitor, log, and report all operating parameters and irregularities.

• Prepare equipment for maintenance and recommission post-maintenance.

• Follow Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and support field audits.

• Monitor personnel and site activities to ensure safety and operational effectiveness.

• Respond immediately to emergencies to protect personnel, assets, and environment.

• Ensure seamless shift handovers with complete operational briefings.

• Collect regular and special samples as scheduled.

• Perform electrical isolation and de-isolation of low-voltage equipment for maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of operator experience in the oil and gas sector.

• Knowledge of operational procedures and practices in onshore oil & gas facilities (LNG trains, Sales Gas Trains, Helium Plants, Plant Utilities, CSP, Refinery, Loading Berths, and storage facilities).

Skills and Competencies

• Familiarity with field equipment operation, monitoring, and maintenance activities.

• Understanding of safety procedures, Permit to Work systems, and emergency response protocols.
