Support the Compression Engineering Manager in all assigned activities.
Ensure compliance and control of engineering, HSE, quality, procurement, and schedule deliverables.
Coordinate across project disciplines and stakeholders.
Manage project risks, mitigation actions, and close-out.
Implement, capture, and report lessons learned.
Lead and support Compression Project Gate Reviews.
Prepare and coordinate project documentation and approvals.
Support critical path reviews and interface management across projects, contractors, and sites.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
10+ years in the oil and gas industry, including 6+ years in EPCI project management
3 years offshore, and proven leadership in risk, schedule, and interface management.
Strong experience in project risk management and critical interfaces.
Solid engineering practice with knowledge of international codes and standards.
Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills across multidisciplinary projects.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and time-management skills.
Effective communication, interpersonal, influencing, and analytical skills.
Strong technical and interface management capability.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, SP3D, Navisworks, Power BI, and project management systems.
