Provide on-site engineering support for fabrication and commissioning of the North Field Expansion offshore projects, ensuring seamless execution from engineering through completion and compliance with project and international standards to enhance safety, quality, and asset reliability.
Provide follow-on engineering support to fabrication yard construction, commissioning, and engineering close-out.
Review contractor site queries and redlined deliverables to support as-built documentation.
Act as on-site engineering interface between the yard and design office to resolve technical issues.
Participate in key design workshops and ensure actions and recommendations are closed out.
Coordinate with discipline SMEs to manage technical deviations and ensure compliance.
Ensure proper management of change for all field-initiated design modifications.
Support FATs, SATs, and field commissioning activities.
Coordinate procedures for smooth handover of equipment and packages to operations.
Ensure timely issuance of engineering deliverables to support site execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
8+ years’ engineering experience on major oil and gas projects
Covering design standards, safety, and offshore facilities engineering, construction, and operations.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Effective team player able to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural offshore environments.
Excellent report writing, presentation, and English communication skills.
Proficient in professional office and technical applications, with broad knowledge of mechanical, piping, structural, instrumentation, telecom, and electrical disciplines.
