Manages the Information Management system for the CO₂ Sequestration Project, ensuring data integrity, contractor coordination, system interfaces, and accurate change records for efficient project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages document review, workflow, and transmittal of project deliverables.
Trains PMT and contractors on EDMS to meet company requirements.
Implements CO₂ Sequestration Project IM Plan and supports company Project Management System objectives.
Maintains IM policies, procedures, systems, and controls for compliance.
Oversees contractor IM processes, identifies gaps, and implements corrective actions.
Guides IM & DC teams on documentation, handover, and numbering standards.
Validates data interfaces between engineering tools and systems.
Administers SharePoint and EDMS, ensuring IT compliance.
Resolves issues systematically within delegated authority.
Ensures project information security and promotes ISATE awareness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or Engineering
8 years’ IM experience, preferably in technical projects within oil & gas
Strong IT skills, including SharePoint and database concepts
Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Experience in audits and process-driven quality assessments
Skilled in preparing and delivering Final Completion Dossiers to Operations
Thorough understanding of documentation processes, standards, and final handover best practices
Skills and Competencies
Experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, sub-contractors, vendors or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.
