Advise and support Process Engineering related activities during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet Operations expectations in term of Safety, Operability, Reliability and Maintainability over the facility design life cycle.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process safety, reliability, RCFA, HAZOP/HAZID, FRA, and SIL activities.

• Develop and implement SOPs for new projects.

• Monitor operations with surveillance tools; troubleshoot and escalate deviations.

• Participate in system completions and pre-commissioning activities.

• Maintain and resolve issue registers, including technology risks.

• Provide technical input to multidisciplinary teams.

• Facilitate project tie-ins and high-risk commissioning with system optimization and advisory support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering

• 8 years’ experience in oil & gas

Skills and Competencies

• Decision-making under high-stress conditions

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Strong leadership and people skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
