Job Description
Provide OES RCM and maintenance engineering support, applying RCM/FMEA methodologies to deliver sustainable maintenance improvements and ensure effective transition from expansion projects to reliable producing assets.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate Equipment Strategies and PM plans to improve reliability and availability.

  • Facilitate RCM–FMEA sessions to define equipment criticality and strategies.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations on PM tasks and standards.

  • Prepare, process, and track PMCRs through approval and SAP implementation.

  • Support maintenance planning and ensure accurate PM setup and quality in SAP.

  • Report RCM KPIs, PMCR status, and issues at asset meetings.

  • Provide RCM–FMEA coaching and OJT to develop Qatari national graduates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an oil and gas environment.


Skills and Competencies

  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Computer literate with knowledge of relevant engineering software tools and specifications
