Responsible for implementing the project quality management program and ensuring effective application of the contractor’s quality management system during fabrication of jackets and topsides for NFPS Compression Projects, while supervising all quality activities at the Karimun yard through the site quality team to achieve overall project objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with the yard fabrication team to promptly resolve quality issues

• Coordinate with welding and NDE inspectors to identify, communicate, and rectify welding quality issues

• Liaise with systems completion team to align inspection records with completion requirements

• Provide feedback on quality issues, expedite lessons learned closure, and report overall quality performance

• Participate in safety programs, including site safety walks and observation cards

• Maintain continuous communication and reporting with the Head of Quality and Site Manager on contractor, subcontractor, and vendor quality performance

• Perform other quality-related tasks as directed by the Head of Quality or HSE & Quality Division Manager

• Manage site non-conformances and technical deviations with the Head of Quality and site engineering team

• Capture and apply lessons learned to improve fabrication processes and specifications

• Identify quality or progress concerns and recommend corrective actions

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills

• Ability to develop and implement Quality Management Systems for the Oil & Gas industry

• Confident interaction with project management teams and contractors

• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
