Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of all fabrication requirements for Hookup and Brownfield activities, ensuring key objectives are met or exceeded. Ensure designs are constructible, aligned with Project Engineering drawings and industry standards, and effectively manage issues through strong coordination with company and contractor teams for seamless execution.
Ensure safety compliance during fabrication.
Lead Hookup and Brownfield scope delivery, minimizing operational impact.
Supervise Contractor/Subcontractor activities to meet contracts and standards.
Verify constructability and technical compliance of deliverables.
Review deviations and ensure consistent construction documentation.
Identify and address progress or quality issues.
Monitor Contractor reports, highlighting critical issues.
Coordinate structural, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
Support risk assessments and pre-job meetings.
Apply and capture lessons learned from projects.
Bachelor’s in Science or Engineering.
10+ years in large Oil & Gas construction projects
2+ years in supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of project execution, fabrication, welding, lifting, and mechanical testing.
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, or heavy construction.
Knowledge of design standards, codes, specifications, and safety for fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up.
Familiarity with offshore/onshore facilities and yard operations.
Understanding of execution methods and risks for sour gas and LNG facilities.
Experience in large-scale operations, projects, or subsurface organizations.
