Maintain interfaces with Yard Fabrication team to resolve quality issues promptly.
Coordinate with inspectors to identify, communicate, and rectify quality issues.
Implement company\'s Quality Management System for EPC Contractor activities.
Provide feedback on quality issues and expedite closure of lessons learned.
Participate in safety management programs, including site safety walks.
Communicate and report on EPC Contractor, Sub-contractor, and Vendor quality performance.
Perform other quality-related tasks as directed by Head of Quality.
Manage non-conformance and technical deviations with Head of Quality and Site Engineering.
Capture lessons learned from fabrication to optimize processes and specifications.
Identify progress or quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
Additional qualifications in quality, welding, or NDE inspection.
8 years’ Quality experience in Oil & Gas, including 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
Experience in large-scale operations and project environments.
Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications, and tools.
Familiarity with industry standards.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence through presentation, negotiation, and facilitation.
Ability to develop and implement Quality Management Systems for the Oil & Gas industry.
Confident interaction with project management teams and Contractors.
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
