Job Description
Develop and coordinate the company’s offshore pipeline chemical inventory and vendor supply network, including logistical requirements across all offshore assets to achieve the company objectives of reliable, sustainable production through the entire offshore pipeline delivery & support systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pipeline chemicals supply chain, including tenders, contracts, QA/QC, and logistics.

  • Ensure adequate Corrosion Inhibitor and MEG contracts and inventory across all assets.

  • Coordinate MEG requirements with Flow Assurance Projects and winter hydrate planning.

  • Maintain supporting and contingency storage, transport, and surveyor contracts.

  • Support chemical qualification, procurement, QA/QC, unloading, and data management.

  • Prepare annual chemical budgets and manage invoice processing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

  • 8+ years’ oil & gas O&M experience, including 5+ years offshore.

  • Experience in chemical logistics management.

  • Strong knowledge of pipeline operations, pigging, and flow assurance.


Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to develop and review technical procedures.

  • Understanding of supply and service contracts.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, CMMS).
