Develop and coordinate the company’s offshore pipeline chemical inventory and vendor supply network, including logistical requirements across all offshore assets to achieve the company objectives of reliable, sustainable production through the entire offshore pipeline delivery & support systems.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pipeline chemicals supply chain, including tenders, contracts, QA/QC, and logistics.

• Ensure corrosion inhibitor availability for wet and dry offshore pipelines.

• Ensure MEG supply for offshore and expansion assets during winter hydrate seasons.

• Coordinate MEG requirements with Flow Assurance Project stakeholders.

• Oversee supporting contracts (tankers, surveyors, storage).

• Maintain contingency MEG storage for surplus volumes.

• Support chemical qualification with flow assurance and corrosion teams.

• Manage chemical procurement, unloading, data, budgeting, and invoicing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• 8 years’ oil & gas O&M experience, including 5 years offshore.

• Experience in chemical logistics management.

• Strong knowledge of pipeline operations, pigging, and flow assurance.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to develop and review technical procedures.

• Understanding of commercial and supply contracts.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS.
