Coordinate and support offshore/onshore isolation activities in compliance with PTW and industry standards.
Act as SME for isolation and brownfield works, including troubleshooting, design reviews, FRA facilitation, and site visits.
Provide pipeline isolation expertise to EPCs, vendors, and subcontractors, aligned with PMT and Operations needs.
Steward isolation contractual scope, quality, schedule, and monthly progress reporting.
Support resolution of brownfield fabrication, construction, and installation issues.
Support isolation design, change management, critical milestones, and recovery planning.
Lead site activities and capture/share lessons learned.
Ensure technical alignment with Operations, EPC execution readiness, and accurate reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
8+ years’ experience in petroleum or chemical plants (design, inspection, maintenance)
Strong knowledge of codes, standards, safety, and offshore facilities.
Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or contractor oversight role.
Experience with Oil & Gas operators, EPCs, contractors, vendors, and service companies.
Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, specifications, and design.
Experience in project planning, execution, risk, change, interface management, commissioning, and handover.
Proven contractor and vendor management across project phases, ideally from FEED to start-up.
Strong risk-based decision-making and continuous improvement experience.
Experience in large integrated organizations across Operations and Projects.
SME-level competency in at least one engineering discipline.
Experience with sour gas and LNG facilities (onshore) and large offshore platforms/pipelines.
