Job Description
Develop and execute processes and procedures specifically aimed at ensuring execution plan (offshore and onshre) as part of North Field Production & Sustainability (NFPS) Integrated EPCOL project.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support offshore/onshore isolation activities in compliance with PTW and industry standards.

  • Act as SME for isolation and brownfield works, including troubleshooting, design reviews, FRA facilitation, and site visits.

  • Provide pipeline isolation expertise to EPCs, vendors, and subcontractors, aligned with PMT and Operations needs.

  • Steward isolation contractual scope, quality, schedule, and monthly progress reporting.

  • Support resolution of brownfield fabrication, construction, and installation issues.

  • Support isolation design, change management, critical milestones, and recovery planning.

  • Lead site activities and capture/share lessons learned.

  • Ensure technical alignment with Operations, EPC execution readiness, and accurate reporting.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

  • 8+ years’ experience in petroleum or chemical plants (design, inspection, maintenance)

  • Strong knowledge of codes, standards, safety, and offshore facilities.

  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or contractor oversight role.


Skills and Competencies
  • Experience with Oil & Gas operators, EPCs, contractors, vendors, and service companies.

  • Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, specifications, and design.

  • Experience in project planning, execution, risk, change, interface management, commissioning, and handover.

  • Proven contractor and vendor management across project phases, ideally from FEED to start-up.

  • Strong risk-based decision-making and continuous improvement experience.

  • Experience in large integrated organizations across Operations and Projects.

  • SME-level competency in at least one engineering discipline.

  • Experience with sour gas and LNG facilities (onshore) and large offshore platforms/pipelines.
