Coordinate development and approval of ORPs.
Analyse approved ORPs and maintain Roadmap deliverables tracking and close-out evidence.
Develop and update Operations Readiness/Roadmap charts with stakeholder input.
Manage ORP Deliverables Master File, ensuring data connectivity and accessibility; resolve IT issues.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track deliverables, and prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
Apply standardized deviation process for Roadmap system changes and maintain records.
Coordinate with focal points to ensure timely close-out of ORP deliverables and follow up on overdue items.
Coordinate development and approval of P-to-PA handover dossiers and OACs.
Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of multi-disciplinary experience in oil & gas, including project coordination, planning, reporting, and administration.
Good spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
Computer literate and capable of working under pressure in cross-functional teams.
