Oversee and coordinate metering engineering plans and activities, providing technical expertise on equipment integrity and collaborating with teams to ensure safe, seamless Operations Expansion & Start Up project start-up.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement metering plans, standards, and specifications for OES projects.

• Integrate metering systems with cross-functional teams and facility designs.

• Oversee installation, calibration, testing, and audits of metering devices.

• Ensure equipment integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Support contracts, tenders, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

• Conduct risk assessments focused on safety, reliability, and environmental compliance.

• Apply emerging technologies to optimize metering and project start-ups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.

• 6+ years’ experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, process, or power plants.

• 4+ years in flow measurement and metering.

• Proficient in engineering software for flow measurement (e.g., Kelton, S600).

• Knowledge of ISO standards for flow measurement.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant engineering software.

• Experienced with Meridium or similar data management systems.
