Provide advice on cost management including estimating, forecasting, reporting, allocation, planning and stewardship for costs and expenditures within NFS/NFW Onplot Projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver cost estimating, forecasting, budgeting, and control across the project lifecycle.
• Lead funding submissions (AC, FF, Supplementary) and budget alignment to Cost at Completion.
• Maintain benchmarking databases for estimating support.
• Evaluate and challenge FEED/EPC change orders and claims.
• Prepare cost forecasts and annual WP&B.
• Perform cost risk analysis to define contingencies.
• Monitor contractor cost performance, EVM, trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Advise leadership on cost risks and support recovery plans.
• Ensure budget compliance, change control, and accurate cost reporting.
• Support Pre-EPC technical tender evaluations and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience
• 6+ years in Oil & Gas
• 2+ years in supervisory/oversight roles.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with Oil & Gas operators, EPCs, contractors, and service companies.
• Strong expertise in project controls, cost estimating, contracts, risk, change, and procurement.
• Proven experience managing business disciplines/functions.
• Knowledge of international standards, best practices, and business processes.
• SME-level competence in cost estimating and risk-based decision making.
• Proficient in SAP, data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
