Ensure timely contractor quality deliverables, including Quality Plan.
Implement Company QMS across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Support tendering with QA/QC clarifications and bid evaluations.
Ensure compliance with Company quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and continuously improve the Project Quality Management System.
Plan and manage quality audits; ensure corrective and preventive actions.
Drive root cause analysis and closure of quality issues.
Lead, mentor, and resource project quality teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
10+ years Quality experience in the Oil & Gas industry
2+ years in a supervisory/oversight role.
Experience with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, vendors, and service companies.
Strong knowledge of Quality systems, tools, specifications, and industry standards.
Proven experience managing Quality during FEED and Detailed Design through procurement and construction.
Strong leadership, integrity, and ability to guide contractor teams.
Expertise in QA/QC systems, ISO 9001, and international codes/standards (API, ASME, ASTM, AWS, IEC).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
Effective mediation and conflict-resolution abilities with strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
In-depth knowledge of telecom industry codes, standards, and best practices.
