Oversees all Contractor procurement activities for the NFS Onshore Project assuring Procurements & Materials for the project meet EPC contract requirements, cost-effective, expedient, and in compliance with Company policies and procedures as well as complied by the Contractor.
Align with PMT on procurement needs, objectives, and requirements
Manage LLI procurement: prepare ITTs, coordinate tenders, evaluate bids, administer agreements, ensure compliance
Develop and execute overall and individual Procurement Plans, including spares, bulk materials, closeout, and reconciliation
Communicate procurement status to PMT; report schedule/costs and manage risks and mitigations
Oversee Contractor procurement (Gates 3–5) and ensure compliance with approved procedures
Review and align Contractor purchasing and contracting documents with Company requirements
Ensure Contractor compliance with business ethics and information brokering policies
Coordinate materials management and spare parts acquisition to ensure timely delivery and RSPL completeness
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management
Minimum 8 years’ contracts and procurement experience on major oil & gas projects
1 year in a supervisory or oversight role
Strong understanding of procurement best practices
In-depth knowledge of the oil & gas procurement market and key vendors
Excellent written and spoken English
Advanced computer literacy
Ability to work autonomously in a results-driven environment while managing multiple tasks
