Provide well technical expertise in the field of well operations, well maintenance and repairs, including deficiency analysis to ensure safe, reliable and efficient well operations in alignment with Company’s QGMS deliverables.
Lead well maintenance, integrity testing, and repair to ensure safe and reliable operations.
Develop well O&M strategies aligned with production forecasts, integrity standards, and regulatory/QGMS requirements.
Manage emergency response to minimize safety and financial impact.
Coordinate offshore teams, contractors, and OEMs for efficient execution of well activities.
Review third-party technical reports to identify value-adding opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement and support internal/external audits.
Oversee planning and execution of high-risk, non-routine, and expansion well activities.
Interface between offshore planning and maintenance and support Offshore Division leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
8+ years’ experience in rig-less well operations,
3 years in rig-assisted operations.
Solid knowledge of well integrity, SCP management, leak-off testing, and wellhead/Xmas tree maintenance.
Experience with wellhead, surface and subsurface equipment, cased-hole, and production logging.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, with solid analytical ability.
