Responsible for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and associated electrical, electronic, PLC, and DDC control systems in buildings or industrial facilities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, PLC, and DDC-based HVAC control systems
• Install, replace, and repair compressors, evaporators, condensers, motors, and regulators
• Maintain forced air heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain maintenance records

Qualifications:

• 3-year Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and control systems
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, PLC, and DDC HVAC systems

Skills and Competencies

• Computer literate with working knowledge of Windows and MS Office
• Good spoken, written, and reading skills in English
• At least one technician per area with Electrical Diploma or Trade Certificate preferred
