Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility-scale solar PV power plants to ensure maximum availability and performance in line with OEM and safety standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain PV modules, inverters, trackers, and MV stations
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot inverter and plant faults and restore generation quickly
• Monitor plant performance via SCADA
• Operate and maintain MV/HV substations and 1500V DC systems
• Follow safety procedures and maintain maintenance records

Qualifications:

• 3-year Diploma in Electrical or equivalent
• Experience as a PV Technician in a solar power plant

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of solar inverters, relay & protection panels, tracking systems
• MV/HV substation O&M experience preferred
