Manage risk, PMS, lessons learned, and issues to ensure project objectives within budget to quality standards.
Advise PMT on PMS processes and ensure timely Gate deliverables.
Contribute to roadmap development aligned with DRAM.
Oversee risk management and maintain an updated risk register.
Communicate significant risks, issues, and vulnerabilities via ERM.
Review contractor risk and issues management procedures and compliance.
Evaluate project performance in risk management and lessons learned.
Coordinate lessons learned processes and ensure key lessons are captured.
Ensure ERM risks are regularly updated.
Maintain PMS compliance by managing deliverables, Gate Reviews, and tracking findings to closure.
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or supply chain management.
8 years’ administrative support experience
4 years in oil & gas and 1 year in supervisory/acting role.
Knowledge of project business functions: Gate reviews, Lessons Learned, Risk Management, and support services.
Experience in multi-disciplinary project teams in complex, high-value environments.
Strong coordination skills and ability to work with diverse entities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across disciplines and cultures.
Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and relevant applications.
Strong attention to detail.
