Lead and oversee commissioning at the fabrication yard, ensuring safe, timely execution and full compliance. Manage contractors, coordinate with EPC and operations teams, and ensure all systems and handover documentation meet project requirements for onshore/offshore transition.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities at Karimun Yard.
• Provide PMT guidance to ensure safe, timely delivery by the contractor.
• Oversee contractor work to ensure systems are compliant and ready for start-up.
• Maximize onshore commissioning to reduce offshore scope and improve schedule.
• Manage systems completion and commissioning deliverables for EPC packages.
• Control engineering changes and develop recovery plans for delays.
• Foster a positive, high-performing project culture.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical and interface issues.
• Maintain effective relationships with contractors and vendors for smooth execution.
• Apply Lessons Learned to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
• 10 years in commissioning/completion management (offshore greenfield/brownfield, SIMOPS) with 2 years supervisory experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong English communication, safety leadership, and HSE compliance.
• Skilled in planning, coordination, decision-making, and system completion management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Hexagon/WinPCs a plus.
